Exhibition Rules & Stand Specifications
MINI STAND SPECIFICATION
PRICE: 599€ // 4499Dkk
Price for mini Stand is 599 € // 4499 Dkk excluding VAT. ( exhibitors from outside Denmark, but within the EU do not pay VAT )
The price includes:
- Reception with drinks and canapés + 5 V.I.P. invitations
– Table
– Tablecloth
– Free WiFi
– Fresh Bread ( for olive oil market exhibitors )
– Product marketing fee worth 100 € / 750 Dkk ( Ex VAT which covers joint marketing of the trade fair )
Stand Specification
Table size is 1.5m x.80m wide.
Area size 2m long back & front x 1.3m deep
The event creator reserves the right to increase the stated stand rent, should there be a new law imposed with new taxes, fees, etc. Which affects the stand rent, equipment, etc..
STANDARD STAND SPECIFICATION
PRICE: 899€ // 6749Dkk
Price for mini Stand is 899 € // 6749 Dkk excluding VAT. ( exhibitors from outside Denmark, but within the EU do not pay VAT )

– Imposed electricity cable to your stand
– Product marketing fee worth 200 € / 1500 Dkk ( Ex VAT which covers joint marketing of the trade fair )

Table size is 3.0m x .80m wide.
Area size 4m long back & front x 1.3m deep

RULES / CONDITIONS for EXHIBITORS
Product packages
We would like to make it easy for exhibitors to prepare for their participation at this years fair through a serious and thorough planning of every trade show.
We’ll advise on the stand’s size and location, but the exhibitor will have to make the final choice.
Planning is key to a successful trade show
After the conclusion and choice of your stand a detailed contract with each exhibitor will be created. All exhibitors will receive newsletters with relevant information and reminders about deadlines.
A month before the show, we will send out a “Service Directory” with practical information and offers about renting capable equipment

VIP and Discount Tickets
Each exhibitor will receive and x amount of discount tickets depending on the type of package that is purchased. Discount tickets are free for exhibitors.
It is intended that these discount tickets are handed out to customers, suppliers and other olive oil-interested individuals, so they can get Free Vip entry bt. 14:00-15:00. Value worth (145 dkk) and 50% discount on entrance fee (73 dkk) Value worth

Reserve your exhibition stand in good time
We would like to present our visitors a beautiful, harmonious and exceptional exhibition, which the exhibitor’s stand will be built with modern and functional stand equipment.
The rental of stands have a fixed price even if you reserve first, or last. The advantages of reserving a stand in good time is simply that the exhibitor will have a first choice of stand placing / location within the Carlsberg Museum.
RULES & CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITORS
To participate in CIOOA 2015 exhibition you must observe the following
- You MUST stay within the stand’s markings
- Do NOT pack / remove exhibits from the stand BEFORE pm. 17:30 Saturday (where the fair closes)
- DO NOT block the escape routes / fire roads
- DO NOT use the entire exhibition area as “point of sale”. Sales are conducted at exhibitors own stand and walk area closest to own stand.
Rules for booths indoors:
- Exhibiting company MUST stay inside the lines.
- If tape on the floor is used (for attaching carpet / wires etc.), it MUST be an approved tape, of CIOO
- The stand’s number MUST be visible throughout the opening hours. ( Sign with stand# will be provided by CIOOA )
For the sake of the floor of the premises at Carlsberg Museum, should there be any heavy used, a pallet truck with soft wheels will need to be used.
It is not allowed to use nails, screws electricity. etc. in walls, ceilings and floors.
Registration for CIOOA Exhibition Stands.
Please note that your registration is only valid when the your company has received confirmation from CIOOA 2015
Deadline for equipment orders are 02 April is 2015
.
However, you may order V.I.P. tickets and marketing materials while supplies last.
Payment Terms
Payment must be registered with us no later than 72 hours after registration.

Ordered stands can not be resold or transferred to the other side of the exhibit.
Cancellation
The stand can be canceled at no cost within March 15, 2015
Any late cancellations of stands will be sold to other companies. If these stands though cannot be sold due to the late cancellations companies will be billed for the entire amount by CIOOA.
Responsibility
The exhibitor is responsible for any damage to persons, premises or
equipment, which renounced by the exhibitor,his staff, or his goods.
The event creator CIOOA is solely responsible for any damage caused by errors or omissions in the organizer’s permanent staff. It is for the exhibitor to provide insurance and pay note that besides being insured property loss also has full coverage concerning staff and liability insurance on visitors who are injured as a result of exhibitor activities. CIOOA assumes no responsibility for damage to persons, goods, exhibition materials etc.., Which are caused by electricity - and water failures, floods, natural disasters, etc.
Force Majeure:
If there is a war mobilization, lockouts, fire, official regulations or other circumstances beyond the organizer‘s control, will make impossible the implementation of the fair, the organizer is entitled to reschedule the show completely or partially to other locations or to cancel without incurring liability to exhibitor.
Complaints must be mailed at organizer no later than 8 days after the end of the fair.
Special Agreements
Any special agreement between the exhibitor and the organizer, not bearing registration will not be valid unless subsequently entered into a written agreement to that effect
