Dr Gino Celletti chairman of the Monocultivar Olive Oil Council is from Milan Italy, and is the head panelist judge for the CIOOA / Copenhagen International Olive Oil Awards 2014. Dr Celletti, is also the head panelist for the New York International Olive Oil Competition, the Tokyo Competition, Milan Competition, and he’s also the panel leader for the IOOC / International Olive Oil Council in Spain.
Dr Celletti travels around the world not only in search for the best olives and olive oil, but also to spread his experience to others in testing and tasting of olive oil.
