Born and raised in Toronto Canada by Greek parents, he’s been living in Copenhagen, Denmark since 1988 and is a Market Economist with a BA in Marketing. Greg has almost 30 years working experience associating within various industries such as the travel industry including Olympic Airlines, Lufthansa, American Airlines SABRE, gastronomy, music, consulting, marketing / branding, high scale event making, and now the olive oil industry where he has his own exclusive organic olive oil called Enallia.

Greg has not only been blessed to have worked with some of the best people in the business over the years, but he has also created some of Copenhagen’s most elegant and international style events such as Glam 2008, Glam 2010, Dont Stop Loving at Lantz, A Night At The Aquarium Tivoli just to mention a few.
