Known as Mr Paleo, super top Danish chef Thomas Rode Andersen ( which had a Michelin Star for more than 7 years ) is no secret to the Scandinavian culinary industry. Head chef at the Danish renowned 1 Star Michelin Restaurant Kong Hans Kælder, Thomas has turned this Great Dane establishment into a global gastronomic goldmine.

He’s been involved with a wide range of culinary activities including collaborations with other famous chefs, live showcases and of course television. Thomas Rode is an expert in Paleo, and has released his new book in October 2013 called ” Stenalderskost “, translated as the ” Stone Age Diet ” with over 150.000 examples sold already.

Thomas has become the CIOOA Michelin Chef for the Copenhagen International Olive Oil Awards here in wonderful Copenhagen, and has done so, strictly for the good health aspects that olive oil provides for our daily diet.
