CIOOA will provide a basic seminar to teach visitors, chefs, restaurateurs and food industry managers how to test and taste olive oil at the highest level possible. Our Professors will be conduct this seminar and will deliver an Educational Olive Oil Certificate to attendees after tasting and testing with EC rule 2568/91 and EC 640/08 and knowing the pleasure and health aspects of using olive oil.
